1. Coasteering

Probably the fastest growing adventure sport in the world, and almost without a doubt the best cure for a hangover yet discovered...

- Leaping from cliffs into the sea
- Rock climbing... or "clinging on for dear life" as it's more commonly known!
- Swimming... yes that's right.. some swimming will probably be required when your grip finally fails you! Don't worry though, you'll be fully equipped with buoyancy aid, wet suite, etc!

2. Two day Canoe and Bushcraft trip!

Pack your cork hat head for the water... two days of canoeing and bushcraft will bring out the Ray Mears in even the most urban stag group!

You'll be cooking on an open fire, building shelters and mastering the art of open canoeing!

What time of year can you do it?

That all depends on your fire-lighting skills! If you're up for the challenge a mid-winter trip can be an amazing experience... but you can leave your speedos at home.

3. Climbing and Abseiling

Take on the vertical world tackling technical rock faces and lowering yourself from seemingly insane heights!

What's involved?

Well... you guessed it. Climbing. Grab what you can, pray your shoes stick to the rock and whatever you do..... don't look down!

Whenever you like! You'll be surprised how warm it can get when you're clawing your way up a cliff!

4. Bushcraft

Once again Ray Mears will come to mind as your carve yourself a spoon before devouring your freshly caught fish on a fire you lit using a flint!

Light fires the traditional way, cook over an open fire, taste wild foods, build your shelter, carve spoons, make bows, then sit back and enjoy the peace.

5. A day canoeing / kayaking
